Help Tech- Your Company’s Help Desk with On- Site Tech Support: From” $126.65 per month*

Service: Phone “Help Desk” / on-site problem resolution and help desk for any of your computer, server, network & most telephone systems.

• You call with a computer, server, network, software, printer and/ or phone system problem.

• We first try to resolve on phone (return call within 30 minutes, if we are not immediately available)
• If we can not resolve your problem on the phone we will send a technician to your site (within 3 business hours) to resolve your problems, your service fee is covered under the contract, you pay only for any required parts and gear.
Note: 7/24 coverage available for a negotiated premium.

• When we sell you new software and/ or hardware we will install and train under the agreement. We will sell the software and hardware to you at cost plus 12% (minimum markup of $12.00 per item) and install the item, if you are under “Help Tech” Contract.

Fee: $799 per month base and $49 for each additional computer above 20 computers and 1 server at your site. You will have no limit on calls or problem resolutions however we reserve the right to limit the maximum amount of time we spend at your facility to 25 hours per month, no limit on phone support. Our billing rate above that maximum on-site could be $64.00 per hour.

Fee: $599 per month base and $54 for each additional computer above 9 computers and 0 servers at your site. You will have no limit on calls or problem resolutions however we reserve the right to limit the maximum amount of time we spend at your facility to 25 hours per month, no limit on phone support. Our billing rate above that maximum on-site could be $64.00 per hour.

Fee: $349 per month base and $69 for each additional computer above 5 computers and 0 servers at your site. You will have no limit on calls or problem resolutions however we reserve the right to limit the maximum amount of time we spend at your facility to 25 hours per month, no limit on phone support. Our billing rate above that maximum on-site could be $69.00 per hour.

Fee: $149 per month base and $79 for each additional computer above 2 computers and 0 servers (add $150 per server) at your site. You will have no limit on calls or problem resolutions however we reserve the right to limit the maximum amount of time we spend at your facility to 10 hours per month, no limit on phone support. Our billing rate above that maximum on-site could be $79.00 per hour.

Servers: add $100 per server per site or as indicted above.

Note: Phone system must be late model with current software. All software on all machines must be “legal”. This program does not include repair of hardware. We reserve the right to charge a premium if you are not running current versions of your software.

Term: month to month prepaid or 15% discount if pre- paid annually.
