The Zultys MX250 can be configured in a high availability option in either 1+1 or N+1 redundancy. The system is available with RAID configured dual hard drives and duel hot swappable cooling fans, allowing for in service replacement. Utilizing the ultra stable Linux operating system utilizing dual IBM Power PC processors, the system is extremely reliable. The MX250 can accept power from AC and -48 volt sources, and when used with POE switches, can provide power to the phones for several hours in the event of a power failure. The system also utilizes distributed processing, so the configuration for all locations is stored across the network. Backups can be scheduled automatically to any designated location in the network.
